青岛迈入“海湾城市”发展阶段 规划交通走廊 [摘要]9月21日,青岛市规划局副局长滕军红做客“网络在线问政”栏目,就“胶州湾暨海岸带规划管理”与广大市民进行交流。  9月21日,青岛市规划局副局长滕军红做客“网络在线问政”栏目,就“胶州湾暨海岸带规划管理”与广大市民进行交流。据了解,目前,青岛已迈入由“滨海城市”向“海湾城市”跨越式发展的新阶段,为加强市区与红岛经济区的交通联系,青岛市规划了交通走廊及轨道交通的建设,辅以地面常规公共交通满足未来交通需求。  “2007年世界最美海湾组织评选的世界30大最美海湾中,我们青岛是国内唯一入选的城市。”据滕军红介绍,目前,青岛已迈入由“滨海城市”向“海湾城市”跨越式发展的新阶段,对青岛市海岸线生态环境和资源进行整体保护和适宜开发,既符合国家发展蓝色经济、实现蓝色跨越的战略要求,也是构筑“山、海、城、岛”的城市空间格局,彰显全域统筹、海上青岛城市特色的重大举措。  在访谈中,网友反映最多的问题就是交通问题。  滕军红表示,根据青岛市城市总体规划、城市综合交通规划,为加强市区与红岛经济区的交通联系,规划了环湾大道、双元路快速路、双积路、海湾大桥及红岛连接线等主要道路,规划了地铁1号线、8号线、10号线等轨道线路,通过上述交通走廊及轨道交通的建设,辅以地面常规公共交通能够满足未来交通需求。  关于环湾大道拥堵问题,为进一步加强城市南北向交通联系,在环湾大道西侧规划了安顺路等南北向道路,其中安顺路部分路段已经开工建设,待该工程建成通车后将大大分担环湾大道交通压力,加强南北向交通联系。 关于双埠立交北侧节点拥堵问题,双元路、双积路路口现状为平交路口,节点高峰时段拥堵已影响到双埠立交的交通转向,为缓解该交叉口道路拥堵问题,规划局会同相关部门组织了双元路-双积路节点提升改造方案的研究论证工作,对节点立交形式做了对比分析,目前相关方案正在论证过程中,待方案确定后将进行社会公示。  另外,根据《青岛市城市总体规划(2011-2020年)》,蔚蓝群岛与龙湖之间在白沙河上新建桥南北贯通长江路。2016年7月,市政府批复了《城阳区流亭街道白沙湾南片区控制性详细规划》,该规划成果落实了长江路上跨桥与南侧用地的衔接问题。(青岛财经日报 青岛财经网记者 辛小丽)(青岛财经日报)相关的主题文章:
